thermochimique de mati\u00e8res carbon\u00e9es (biomasse, hydrocarbures fossiles) par son oxydation partielle sous atmosph\u00e8re r\u00e9duite.<br \/>Le processus de gaz\u00e9ification s\u2019\u00e9tablit dans un r\u00e9acteur en 4 phases qui se succ\u00e8dent ; le s\u00e9chage, la pyrolyse puis l\u2019oxydation et la r\u00e9duction.<br \/>Avant l\u2019entr\u00e9e dans le r\u00e9acteur, la biomasse doit \u00eatre pr\u00e9trait\u00e9e : mise en silo, calibrage (granulom\u00e9trie) et s\u00e9chage si besoin. La lignocellulose est le composant principal de la paroi cellulaire des plantes et est la source de carbone renouvelable la plus abondante sur terre. Elle correspond \u00e0 la mati\u00e8re s\u00e8che v\u00e9g\u00e9tale et est pr\u00e9sente dans toutes les essences de bois, les d\u00e9chets agricoles (paille, graine) et certains v\u00e9g\u00e9taux tels que l\u2019herbe et les d\u00e9chets verts.<\/span><br \/><span style=\"color: #808080;\">En plus de la production du syngas, du biochar est cr\u00e9\u00e9. Ce coproduit est tr\u00e8s fertile et peut \u00eatre valoris\u00e9 par un programme d\u2019\u00e9pandage pour enrichir les terres agricoles.<\/span><br Un type de moteur est privil\u00e9gi\u00e9 pour correspondre aux probl\u00e9matiques du projet : le moteur Stirling.<\/span><br style=\"letter-spacing: 0.4px; text-align: justify;\" \/><span style=\"font-family: ABeeZee; font-size: 15px; font-style: normal; font-variant-ligatures: normal; font-variant-caps: normal; font-weight: 400; letter-spacing: 0.4px; text-align: justify;\">Celui-ci est compos\u00e9 d&rsquo;un piston orient\u00e9 alternativement entre la source chaude et la source froide cr\u00e9ant un mouvement m\u00e9canique. La source chaude correspond \u00e0 la combustion du syngas, la source froide est de l&rsquo;eau refroidie. Mais \u00e0 la place de la vapeur, elle utilise le flux d\u2019air chaud \u00e0 haute pression pour faire le travail m\u00e9canique.<br \/><span style=\"font-size: 15px; letter-spacing: 0.4px;\">De l\u2019air frais est inject\u00e9 dans un compresseur. L\u2019air comprim\u00e9 \u00e0 haute pression est envoy\u00e9 dans la chambre de combustion o\u00f9 il est m\u00e9lang\u00e9 au syngas.
